AEA Group Announces Promotions

Birmingham, Alabama – AEA Group is pleased to announce that Bevin Tomlin and Steve Lovoy have been promoted to the position of Managing Consultant.  In addition, Gaius “Whit” Whitfield, VI has been promoted to the position of Senior Consultant.

Bevin Tomlin joined AEA Group in May 2007 after obtaining her Masters of Science degree in Finance from the University of Alabama.  Bevin is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the American Society of Appraisers pursuing the Accredited Senior Appraiser credential.  She is a member of the Junior League of Birmingham and the Service Guild of Birmingham.

Steve P. Lovoy, Jr. joined AEA Group in October 2009 after working as a senior associate with KMPG in Atlanta and Birmingham.  Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Masters of Accountancy from the University of Alabama in August 2005.  Steve is an active member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham.

Gaius “Whit” Whitfield, VI joined AEA Group in June 2009 after obtaining his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama in May 2009. Whit is a graduate of the Williams School of Commerce, Economics, and Politics at Washington and Lee University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration.  Whit is a member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham and a member of the Bell Center for Early Intervention Programs Board of Ambassadors.
